Bespea is a governance and evidence layer for bespoke construction.

Bespea addresses the repeat pattern in bespoke work: the same project can look straightforward in the contract and then drift into dispute during handover. Drawings, site instructions, approvals, photographs and objections often live in different places, so the real decision trail is harder to prove than the narrative at the time.

The platform records milestones, evidence and acceptance criteria in one place, with hash-linked evidence and a reviewer-first read-only record. That reduces the chance that a disagreement turns into a claim about memory, assumption or selective records.

Bespea is not itself a regulated escrow or payment provider. If a project uses a third-party escrow arrangement, it remains separate from the Bespea product layer and may be introduced through an FCA-authorised partner or introducer model.
