Each milestone carries acceptance criteria and uploaded evidence. Those records are hash-chained and stored in an append-only trail, which makes the project history easier to review, compare and explain later.
No. Bespea is not itself a regulated payment or escrow provider. If a project uses a third-party escrow arrangement, that sits outside the Bespea product layer and may be introduced through an FCA-authorised partner or introducer model.
